Here in the Las Vegas real estate market, we have a program set up by our Association of Realtors, called "Zip Forms". The tool allows agents to download RE forms online! Do any of your markets have this sort of thing??
Good question Las Vegas Real Estate. If other area do not have this sort of program, they should! Zip Forms is a tremendous help to me both on the run, and at my office. I also love that I can e-mail out the forms too!
There is nothing more annoying than a fax that you cannot read! Zip Forms makes everything look so clean and uniform. You can also e-mail your clients listing and purchase agreements, which works great with out of state buyers and sellers!
Yes here is San Diego we have WinForms they are probably the same you can access them through the net or have it on your desktop and they are very simple to use and look very nice and they are very easy to send via email or fax I love the way every form is so easy to find and fill out and print or send.
