One of the best Time Management Tools I have found is Microsoft’s Streets & Trips Mapping Software…

It will allow you to look at the list of homes that you are showing after you entered the address and rearrange your route for maximum time efficiency! Huge Time saver!!!!

It is Great especially considering that you can buy it for under $50!

Who has another time savings tools they would like to share?

I must agree with you about Streets & Trips. It is incredible at twice the price! Of course, my favorite time management tool is the GPS in my car. Vegas is growing and spreading out so fast that no way could I keep up without it. But Streets & Trips is step #1 for mapping the routes.

No doubt Las Vegas GPS is a Great Time savings tool! This is something that you will want to use in conjuction of your GPS for Maximum effeciency!

Speaking of GPS...any of you out there that do not have a car with GPS but like to have it I highly recommend Magellan's Roadmate! It is Portable and has all the same features of the factory models! You can buy it over the net for about $1000 and no tax with carring case and windshield Mount ready to go!

Yes the Magellan's Roadmate is a key tool for any RE agent. The only problem with that is in Vegas the rate of growth is tremendous, outdating the Magellan's internal map yearly. It's nice having a complaint like that.

Las Vegas Homes...
I have had that happen here in the new developments and what I do is reference a location from our local Thomas Guide that is close to the New Street and it has helped me to find the new street quickly!
