I would like to hear opinions on what kinds of searches everyone uses. We have two different ones we work with. The search on our website is great to use for some clients since it is so easy and quick to set up. It is best for clients that live in the area since they do not recieve the exact address to the property they only receive the basic details and pictures.
However, for out of state clients we use what is called Tempo in San Diego. This search is more detailed and you can cut out more listings that do not pertain to the client like land leases and over 55 communities. The exact address does show and the clients love it because they can navigate through and save their favorites and so forth.
At times, I feel that the Tempo search is better because they are able to keep better track of listings they are serious about and leave notes to me about them and I can reply so easy. And, since I can cut out the little things like pets or parking or age restrictions it makes me look better.
My question is do you guys and gals have the same type of searches in your areas and do you use them the same way? Do you think you risk losing clients if you give them too much info like the address? Or do you think they would appreciate your helpful detailed search and be impressed and stay with you?
