Great Closing Gift Idea for New Home Owners!
Here is an idea that I would like to share with everyone!
A closing gift that will be remembered for all those new closings for the future!
Take a Picture with a digital Camera of the front of your new client’s home! Or use the one out of the MLS. Then have postcarsds printed aprox. 25 each on a nice sized postcard (glossy finish in color) with a picture of your client’s house on it. TOP READS (OUR NEW HOME) BOTTOM READS (New Home Address) Then Wrap them in a small ribbon and deliver in a nice envelope.
Picture card layout like this: "Our New Home" at the top with the picture of their new home (glossy finish in color) with a new address at the bottom. On the other side it has a place for a postage stamp, a place to write a friends address!
You can do this in Publisher and e-mail to Kinkos they will Print & Cut Four Up for about .50 per card! GREAT GIFT!!! Of course you want to have your Company and Name in Small Print on the back!
Priceless for referrals $$$$$$$$
Happy Hunting ...

Another Great Closing Gift!
Have custom stamps made with his/her (your Clients) new address on it. They can use this for the return address, but it will have your name and number on it. (Your Name & Number on it for reminder Only!!!)They will always know where your number is. Pencils, pads, business cards etc get lost in a drawer or get thrown away. Get them made up now and send them to all old customers.
This is guaranteed to get you business $$$ They will be continually reminded of you and your contact information will always be easily accessible!
Anyone have others?

Those are both such fabulous ideas, SD. I especially like the postcards and have already started using them.

SDRE, where do you have the address stamps made. I assume that you would have your name and number printed on the back??

Las Vegas Homes...Kinko's, Staples, Office Depot or a Custom Stamp Shop! Thats right your Name goes on the Stamp (like on the handle)so they will always be reminded of you!

I went ahead and started using them also...they are so much more personal than a gift certificate, or something of that nature!
