As for myself, i am using social media for gaining up the trust and build good rapport with the prospects, in time they'll be the one whose going to ask you a favor and when that happen, you'll be amazed
on how many people are willing to pay you a dime just too give them suggestions.

Social media can be a powerful tool if it is used properly. It was created for everyday users and not businesses so you have to change your mindset a little to get a bigger response. Oh and you must be creative.
I agree, social just like Face book and twitter are massively growing. Many Real Estate website are into it for more traffic and of course gain potential client. Building rapport with in agent and client is really matter.
