Pricing has been pay as you go at the moment, but we are working on subscription deals for individuals and groups (unlimited usage at a fixed monthly rate) that should lower your costs if you like to use the rest of our offerings enough to justify the rate. You'll have to call for that: 512-470-0591.

I came across a great article on real estate staging the other day, about little subconscious tricks you can play with a property to make people like it. Interesting stuff, check it out

Great article, thanks for the post. I think two of the most important items to focus on during staging is furniture placement and landscaping. These two tasks, when done correctly, can make a significant difference is Days on Market and selling price for your property.
