Hello Elizabeth,

I am not really understanding what you are trying to say, but the way how it works is, first choose the rental type, then the state and then the city.

After that you will see plots on the map and you also will see the list of available properties. You can either directly click on the dots on the map or click on the listing.

Usually the advertisement would state either for sale by owner, or have a realtor listing. Even if it is a foreclosure, then it might say for sale by lender, or sometimes the lender hires a realtor. Either way, the contact person will tell you......
