I did not see a post about property websites so I thought I would start one. We recently launched an online website builder specifically for real estate agents, property managers and For Sale By Owners (FSBO's) to build and launch a property specific real estate website in about 60 minutes without the need of HTML.

We beleive this is a great add on product for personalizing an agents listing presentation. It also offers SEO benefits on a number of levels but we beleive that is a secondary benefit of the product.

What do others think about this product?

I think is a great idea, I think realstate is going to be HOT again and soon, I also created a website called ADSMap and is at Welcome to ADSMap let me know what you think.

I really think you are on to something here, but it may be a while before it takes off, so be patient. Good idea though, looks like a quality product.

I actually had the privilege of previewing this site and product last month, and I do give it my endorsement (for whatever that is worth!).

It definitely fills a niche in the market. Perhaps even more important, it is one of those marketing features that will make your buyer clients feel important and that you are going the extra mile for them.

With the market already starting to pick up here in Phoenix and Scottsdale, the rest of the nation should follow suit soon and your product will be poised to 'strike while the iron's hot'.
