Re: Laptop which Model?
Sorry to have an attitude about this but I've never understood why people would employ a nation of people that hate you. I dont even shop at Walmart and never will.
Under the state of Florida if you lift up the corner you will see a label that reads "United States of America - Made In China"

Re: Laptop which Model?
I tend to like the HP products better, but they are all good in reality.

Re: Laptop which Model?
yes i would agree, tough would prefer to have a Mac, but our local MLS are so behind the times that there systems do not work well with Mac OS. Darn those MLS bureaucrats.

Re: Laptop which Model?
I use a MacBook Pro. It is by far the best laptop I have ever owned. I highly recommend.
Our local MLS system looks completely different on my Macs compared to my windows computer. Still works though, so does all the extra bells and whistles.

for some reason it is impossible to print using their system from a mac, and there are some other issues which I am not sure of what they are at this point, Just thought it was not worth the agrivation. The local MLS was so behind the times that you could not use windows vista with it until July of 2007.

Re: Laptop which Model?
Well guys after reloading all the software and starting over the 1gig of ram on my Sony was still not enough with all the demand. So I decided to test the D830 and i have to tell you it is truly night and day. Running a Dual Core 2 gig machine is really nice! I wish the quads were out and reasonable but Intel is not launching them until late this year.
Jared I hear that you just got a quad desktop how is it working for you? Is the machine faster than light? I was curious as to how the software reacts with a Quad Core?
