These are al great tips to use on Las Vegas home buyers as well! Seller's emotions are always higher, as they often times have to be in a new place by the beginning of the nexy year. Prices are also typically lower becasue everyone thinks that volume and numbers will go up in the spring!

YES! Buyers are much more emotional in the cold seasons, especially here in the Las Vegas home market. I have played off of that aspect big-time this past year. You have to hit them while they are hot!

I must say that I did sell more houses this winter than the years past! With all of the changes in the Las Vegas real estate market, I was suprised!
