This time, when I applied, I paid a lot of attention to all DMOZ recommendations. They have a few rules and maybe when I applied the first time, I didn't pay enough attention to all details.
Let's see if that was the issue, or if it's just depends on their mood!

I have seen some good and some terrible realtors websites, listed by DMOZ.
The reason why some are picked up quickly and other completely ignored is beyond my understanding. However, not submitting exactly as per DMOZ
rules might have been the reason for a few of them not to be included.
I am still waiting on them to include my site.

We buy and sell Aventura Condos, and are expert in Hollywood Beach Condos as well as Sunny Isles Condo

What's been said here has been my experience exactly. One site I submitted was accepted in like 5-7 DAYS. The other was 5-7 MONTHS and the one in my sig... (checks) ...nope! Still not accepted after like a year. I know I'm following directions, because I've done this before twice with success.

I've read some very frustrated accounts from webmasters dealing with DMOZ as the links choices seem to rely on the capricious whims of the editor and not set rules. I've seen accusations of bribery and black-hats using it for their own good. I'm not sure if any of that is true, but it is still frustrating either way.
