Hmmm, very interesting forum. I'm going back to follow some of the threads because I just might learn something.

If you're going to make a request just be sure you read the proper way to do it first and you won't get completely ignored or flamed. I know I submitted one of my sites at one point in time but I can't remember when so I haven't posted a request yet. So I'll wait until my newest site is completely finished before submitting it & mark the date down so 6 months later I'll know when I can ask about it.

Judyo that is absolutely correct they are very specific in how to request information. Any other advice?

Don’t take their responses personally.

They are usually “as a matter of fact” and many posters take it as being rude when they are only trying to respond to as many requests as possible.

DO NOT be argumentative regardless of what you think they are saying.

Just remember they are NOT required to even answer you.

Take their answer and or advice and leave it alone.

Being confrontational and argumentative will not help your cause.

Nope, not a thing...

Although there is one editor out there who has set up part of his business creating reports of site status using publicly available info. Can't see how that would include a submission status though... And how long he stays an editor remains to be seen!
