I just launched a new site, Real Estate Neighborhood Guide where you can submit articles, pictures, and video and in turn receive a few one way links to your web site.

Unlike some other article web sites, the articles on this site are not a sales pitch for a real estate agent or brokerage. All articles submitted must relate to what it is like to live, work, and play in a specific city, town, or planned residential development. The site will be promoted as a place to find expert information and insight for potential home buyers - before they buy their new home. One word of caution - please make sure your article does not violate FHA.

There is no charge to list your article. In fact, you can even submit multiple articles for publication!

Along with your article you can submit a few pictures, or even submit a video. We will convert it to Flash video (for free) and place it within the article. You are strongly encouraged to submit video of your area.

Another item we are looking in to is offering podcasts from the site.

Right now the site is a quick, bare bones static page web site. In the near future (when time permits) we will be converting to Joomla CMS. Among other things, this will allow for people to pick up RSS feeds and for us to blast RSS feeds. We will also include othe article distrubution and blast services from the site.

Once the site receives significant traffic (about 1 year) we will offer premium placement for a fee. Until then, we will try and randomize prime placement throughout the web site. Even when premium placement is available, submission will still be free of charge.

Thanks folks - now get to writing some articles for the site!

BTW, I want to reiterate that I am not looking for agents to link to our site. If you want to add a forum link or another link outside your own site to help promote the site that would be appreciated.

I will be doing some other link building emphasizing the KW's "neighborhood", "best neighborhoods", and "neighborhood guide". In most areas these are very under-optimized phrases, and a few links and good on-page SEO should allow the city to rank well in many areas for "city + neighborhoods".

A good example of this is my Orlando site. My agent gets a lot of visits from the KW phrases "best Orlando neighborhoods" and "Orlando neighborhoods" even though I utilized on-page optimization only for those phrases.

I pulled the site a little while ago. It was not designed to be a revenue producing site, and with all of the revenue producing sites I work on I just didn't have time to keep developing it.
