Has anyone noticed that the amount of traffic that is coming in from MSN is continuing drop off?

In looking at our reports I see that the MSN traffic is continueing to drop off even more than before.

Is the MSN traffic ever going to increase?

Nope.

In years past MSN sees peak traffic after the Christmas holiday. My theory is that it is because of people receiving new PC's over the holiday and utilizing the default search options in their IE browser.

Over the past two or three months it appears that MSN has done some filter tweaking with their algorithm. On more than one occasion I have seen some significant SERP changes among secondary keywords (i.e. phrases that rank well but are not heavily optimized and are supported by internal links only).

Have you noticed any changes in your rankings with primary or secondary phrases?

My traffic monitor shows a listing for both MSN and for Live. I think that the Line is the new MSN Live search. Since the traffic is being split, the MSN number would drop.

Since they added or switch to live search the traffic to my wesite drop about half of what I was getting.

I can relate our traffic has continued to drop year after year. With this new algorithm we have moved out of site...ouch!

Looks like you are still ranking well for many terms for San Diego.

Tulsa has dropped out of site.

We can fix that right after we get the IDX implemented.

Any idea as to when the Tulsa IDX will be complete and ready for review? I'm looking forward seeing us show back up for the show!

We should have the UltimateIDX™ on the Tulsa Oklahoma site by weeks end Al if the Good Lord says the same and we have no fires to put out.
