In times past MSN was always a straight forward process to get top placements. Lately many of our sites have dropped out of the top positions.

Today I decided to experiment with a couple sites and see what results I get from a somewhat controlled test.

Test 1 - existing sites working to get placement again:

I have several Point2 sites targeting the Juno Beach Florida market. The domains on these sites are Juno Beach Oceanfront Condos and Juno Beach Real Estate. Yes they were test sites in the past - They both made the front pages for MSN and Yahoo - so I left them alone and let them generate leads.

Now the experimenting begins anew.

I am also going to be starting two new domains for testing new sites. I will post more here as I move forward.

First suprise was this site bringing in the title tags when I just entered the urls of the sites. I had to edit them - probably should have left them straight URLS...

Im interested to see your results. MSN is kinda funny. When I first started my site shot striaght to #1 then as my Yahoo and Google rankings went up my MSN dropped to like #3. Even though the Traffic is extremely low in my area for MSN I hate not being #1 so I would love to see your conclusions.

MSN is using a new spam filter....which seems to be mucking up their results and not excluding spam.
