Mortgage lender and broker in one lending in 48 states
I don't want to spam this board so I will post in this area that looks like it was provided for us lenders and brokers. Anyways, there is alot of info about us on the website but in general, we are a lender and a broker registered with 200 plus other lenders. We have in house underwriting, processing, docs and funding as well as sub prime loans. We have commercial, construction for both builders and buyers, Option arm combos and too many others to list. Wow, I guess our most aggresive programs would be the MTA Option Arms and our non owner and second home programs. We do however have access to most available programs through corespondent lender and through broker loans for some sub prime that is more competitive than our in house sub prime. A paper loans in general go through our in house due the the control we have over them versus brokering. The client still gets a great rate and we take the hit, make less and close the loans faster. In my opinion, the ability to close the loan is worth as much as a low rate, especially, if the person quoting can't or doesn't get the job done. I would offer my services to any other good faith that someone has. If I can beat it and make it worthwhile, great and if I can't, the borrower can rest at ease knowing they are getting a fair rate. That is a tough one. I have a manufactured going through right now at 95% but it is a full doc. I just pulled our in house guidelines and it doesn't look like we can do this one in house. I will have contact with another lender or two tomorrow and will see if they can and the limits on stated manufactured. I will let you know.
