What are your thoughts in the highest that rates could possibly go? I a curious to see where everyone's head is at on this specific topic...

Hmmm, lol, well, let's hope that they do not go back up to 18% like they were years ago! I would say that 9% or so would be high enough!! Time will tell, what are everyone else's thoughts?

Great point LVH, could you imagine an 15-18% interest rate in order to buy a home? That would be unbelievable I am with you though, I predict 9%, maybe 10% at the MOST, but hopefully we are both wrong!

Default Interest rates high or low

They are still low and when they are high they will still be low. We have adjustable rates and ghee if the no downs with interest only payments. we are still in a good place. But next year will be just fine. They will not go so high that we can sell. I remember when they were 16% fixed. Yes I have seen it all.

OK... this issue really matters it should be come down at 8-9% but if 18% is the ratio so its really unaffordable.

I'm confused, do you think they are gonna go higher or lower? I feel that they will increase, hell there hasn't been any other indication that it would do otherwise.

Well i think they will hold steady or go done for now....
