What are your thoughts on the real estate market currently and its future next year (loan officers and mortgage professionals)?

Yes, I would also love to hear some feedback from the mortage side of things. It is interesting to see how their views differ from agent's views...

Once again, I am no pro, but it seems that there are so many flexible programs out there, compared to what there used to be. I think that becasue buyers have so many loan options, they will be better off, even when rates do rise.

Default survival of the fittest

I think the market is tightening up as I suggested in the next thread I started but for those of us who think like an underwriter provide customer satisfacation business should be consistent as usual I always have something going on

I talk to many people at various formal and informal functions-especially now when each title office, homebuilders association etc are have holiday gatherings its a good place to network and show specifically what you bring to the table

I use various marketing tactics of which I do locally and the other states I do business in

there was an article referring to other hot spots (not necessarily major cities) but I track commercial development and the housing communities to follow because those are families who require our services

these are newlyweds, military as its estimated are area will be home to 15000 soldiers by the end of 2007 we have already added new schools etc those are great candidates for VA loans

I am anticipating being very busy
