Default Loan License?

Within each of your states, do you have to be licensed in order to be a loan officer? Here in the Las Vegas real estate market you do...

Yes, like you said, here in Nevada you now need a license. That was just enforced, however, as of this year!!

Yeah, I remember when you did not even need a certification to be an LO. Now you have to have a license just like everything else!

I believe you have to be licensed in California but not in Colorado to be an loan officer.
