I personally feel that they will stay low for the time being. Whenever the economy isn't doing so well, which it won't be for some time now, interest rates stay decent!
Rates are low and will probably stay so, but rates are not everything, the affects on the gas prices and peoples ability to maintain income and high housing prices in some areas could propose problems.
It will be something worth following up on especially for us. However there seems to be some more trouble headed our way I fear. I heard some more hurricanes were coming to south Texas.
