Question FHA - Manufactured Home Financing!
Ok Lenders...

What type of FHA loan programs are out there for Manufactured Homes?

Great question! Manufactured homes are too big here in the Las Vegas real estate market, but I know that they are in other parts of the country!

They may be gaining popularity in SD since it is so expensive for the average person. Doesn't the financing depend on how it is fixed to the earth?

I would have to agree! This Las Vegas real estate market has gotten insane. People are going to have to have other options at some point
