So as you all may know I am new in the business. My first lead is a really sweet lady who is looking for a vacation gettaway in San Diego her main concern is it is on the sand. I was previewing some very upscale condos on Coronado Island over the weekend. I entered the property and I opened one side of the french doors that led out to the fourth floor balcony to check out the view. As I walked through the door on to the balcony a fresh sea breeze sucked the door slamming it shut behind me. The force knocked the deadbolt shut. I immediatly tried to open the back door and it was locked. I had the front door key still in my hand but it did not fit either door on the balcony. I had my cell phone luckily, so I called the property manager but, she was out that day. I then tried to yell at passerbys but, it was a very secluded beach. I then called the non emergency police line and they were going to send someone out. Finally as I was yelling to people below the next door neighbor heard me. She could not see me since there was a divider between units for privacy. She found one of the ladies that is on the HOA that lived on the floor and they came and let me out. She was a very snotty lady and she was not happy I disrupted her day. I was very embarrased.
