Default More Regulation For Mortgage Consumers!

Ok folks as if Greenspan and the press haven't done enough!
Regulators are currently crafting a warning to Banks on Mortgages! While this is sure to have some effect on the market with the new loan programs such as 30 year fixed Interest only and the new 40 year fixed the market should adapt as needed! There will be continued creative financing to help the market stay strong for the future!

What are the new regulations that they are proposing? I know they are constantly coming up with new ways to regulate the mortgage industry.
