Thumbs up

This type of loan makes home ownership more accessible for people who may not have the cash needed to close using a traditional mortgage! The 105% Home Mortgage have added a "cash-back" feature to certain home mortgages. The Homebuyer Helper offers home buyers an additional 5 percent over the purchase price of their new home to cover closing costs, buy down the interest rate, consolidate debt, purchase household amenities or pocket extra cash.

Primarily for first time home buyers!

I have never had a clinet use a 105% loan, have you SDRE? if so, did the program save the RE transaction?

When I did mortgages there were some clients who used this program,it primarily pays for closing costs. I guess if a buyer asked for seller contribution towards cc and did not get any this is a good option for them.
