Default Mortgage Companies?

Which mortgage companies have you had the best experiences with? I personally have had great customer service and results with Silverstate Mortgage here in NV.

My husband's company, Excel Mortgage! I always know where those loan docs are!!! He was actually going to merge with Silver
State when we joined Prudential but found that their rates were higher.

I think the key is finding a good loan officer, because within each company there are so many that might not be so good.

That is a good point LV Re/Max. I have also had good experiences with Silver State and I do think that some of that can be attributed to having a large, reputable company...

The best idea I have seen out there regarding mortgages is at Amerisave.com where they will allow realtors in most states to act in dual capcity. That way you don't have to hand your deal off to somebody else. You keep the deal and make the commission on the loan. Check out amerisaverealters.com for a lot of information about their program for realtors.

You need to find out them and it's up to you to judge which one is better for you.
