Great post! I think that it's really reassuring how low rates are! We better work as fast as we can, before they really do go way up!

Yes, it will be interesting to see what rates do. I don't think that they are going to end up in the 13's and 14's like in the 80's, lets hope not!!

LOL.

won't happen. I don't want to get political of course, but we now have controls in place to help prevent that from happening. Yes, they will go up but not to 15%.

Have fun selling everyone.

Thanks afm1... I agree! How is the market up there?

Anyone have any other thoughts?

Busy. Rates are on the rise, but they are still historically great. I have been doing some creative financing for some FTHB's so it has been a little stressful, but good.

How are things out in SD? I assume still very good.

Its going. I spend about $2000 a month give or take and I am feeding 10 agents. I am not overwhelmed with joy but we are getting contracts. It seems we are getting a lot of bad phone numbers. My agents are excited about the "gold in the hills" as they have had some consistent success, but they are not thrilled about making 30 phones calls to get 1 or 2 interested. Any thoughts on this issue?
