It looks shady to me, but that is just me.

I move carefully with dot com companies.

I don't know how they can pay a commission without violating RESPA. I guess they found a glitch in the system or perhaps certain states allow this. I don't know all of the laws.

If you do it, make sure you check them out.

Countrywide lends there own money too so I don't understand the concept of eliminating the middle man. Who knows maybe they are on to something.
