Default Deal or No Deal

6 months ago I opened my own shop. After more than 18 years in the real estate, title, tax and mortgage field, I opened my own shop with the help of a National Bank.

Offering True par pricing, low fees and exceptional service I have closed 62 loans in the last 6 months. I want to close 100 loans.

I need your help. I can lend in all 50 states and will provide almost instant price quotes on every client you have.

In many cases you can have a quote and approval in less than 1 minute. I have more than 4500 individual loan programs and more than 60 lenders to fit any situation.

The best part is for your client:
  • Par Price Disclosed to you and your client
  • Any Rebate, YSP returned to client at closing as a broker credit
  • Origination fee $1000 regardless of loan size
  • $695 underwriting fee to the lender
  • $845 processing fee to the lender
  • No Application Fees
This is a deal for you and your clients that runs only thru the end of December.

My intention is not to spam you guys just to let as many people as possible know about the deal I am running thru the end of the year. Sorry if this offends anyone. That is not my intention

If your interested send me a private message or visit the contact page on my web site.

Question

Hello Snaper and welcome to the Forum...

What can you do on 100% financing when it comes to manufactured housing?

Default 100% MH financing

Not really going to happen. About the best possible is one of the Freddie Mac programs that will do up to 90%. Some FHA will do 97% if it is located in the right place and a brand new home.

Manufactured housing is the toughest problem we all have. There are lenders around but they will usually want much higher credit scores and the interest rates make them almost impossible to work with in the after market.
