Hello Pablo, where is ocean? Souns like California maybe. How is the market out there right now>?

We are gratefully located at So California. Our market is hispanic mainly.
We had some slow downs in the months of December and January.
But it is picking up fast, we have great programs available now like the 50/30 and 100% option arm allowing a lot of Clients to be approved for beautiful homes under low payments.
I will say that many loans I've done in the past months are purchase and a following refi.
Also as you know for a good loan officer and Agent it's hard to not have clients either looking or buying.

Isn't the "sharing of profits" with an agent a RESPA/DRE violation? Please correct me if I am wrong.

Well There Isn't If You're Giving A Referral Fee Which Is Different By States
Now If I Was Sharing Points Then It Will Be A Violation.
Referral Come From The Loan Officer
Not The Loan At All
