I also agree with your comments. I do not see rates going sky high any time in the near future. The Las Vegas real estate market is just starting to pick up, it would be a pure shame if rates went up now!! Also, like you said, with gas prices the way that they are, I cannot imagine the adminstration enforcing it!

Yeah, I could not imagine rates getting even higher with gas prices they way that they are. I guess we can worry about interest rates once gasoline goes down! I know that here in the Las Vegas real estate market we are up over $3.40/ gallon!!
