Question 100% Manufactured Home Financing!

Ok Folks,

Due to the high home prices in San Diego and the amount of Military located here I'm often asked for 100% financing on Manufactured Homes! Are there any lenders that will do 100% on Manufactured Homes?

Unless it's through a special (ie: military or government subsidy loan), I've never heard of it. But then again, I've never sold a manufactured home.

Try www.lenderlab.com. It's a web site that has the program matrix of over 400 banks. I sure their is a bank out there that has a niche program that will lend.

LVH,
There is a niche. The problem is that the fees and rates are ridiculous and in most cases not worth it.

I always, recommend FHA at 97% with seller assistance if you can pull it off.

Tough scenario. Good luck everyone.
