I know that here in the Las Vegas real estate market there are more Realtors and loan officers than we need! Instead of aquiring new ones, I think that we could get rid of a few!

I hear that REMAX LV, and could not agree with you more! I would be more than happy for a few thousand Realtors to drop out of the Las Vegas real estate market! It would make things better for me  |

LOL. I think quite a few have left already. Hopefully it will eliminate all of the morally challenged individuals and leave behind only those that truly have their clients' best interests at heart.

Has anyone checked these guys out to see if this is for real or if they are even around anymore? I think I did indeed get recruited for this about 2 years ago.

Some agents don't require anything from the broker/office in the sense that the commission split (desk fee) is most important, but others see the value in marketing support or training (if just starting out) at a certain value thus willing to trade a lower commission split an easier pill to swallow. Then there are others that sign on merely for the brand name and how much business it attracts (over and above your own reputation). If you are just starting out make sure you identify which office provides the best training and mentor-ship. This is without question key to your success.
