It's pretty complete in terms of lead management, finding out who is searching for what, etc. The HomeScanner will sent e-mails to people who sign up based on their search criteria.
The Progressive Prompt willl let people search the first 4 times they visit the site. The fifth time they must register. To me, that's an interesting compromise to the controversy over "to force registration or not".
Also, they can combine MLS data so if you belong to 2 boards and Listingware serves both, they can combine all the listings into one search.
You can handle the sign-up online, put the URL to your engine into your website and you're good to go.
