Default The UltimateIDX Has Launched

Well the suspense is now over. The UltimateIDX™ has officially launched. Although fully functional and deployed since November of 2006 we have been feverishly adding new features and enhancements.

We are currently deployed in San Diego Ca with;

San Diego Real Estate
San Diego Homes
San Diego Condos

We also have 2 Rolla Missouri Real Estate sites up, and have already begun mapping the MLS for Las Vegas NV, San Jose Ca, Dallas TX, Phoenix AZ, Punta Gorda FL, Laguna Beach CA and Houston MO.

We have a brand new site (a work in progress) that you can get a better idea of what UltimateIDX™ offers at www.ultimateidx.com. This system has absolutely too many features to list here, many of which are NOT offered by any other 3rd Party IDX Vendors. Demos to the Back End and Lead Management System are available upon request.

If you have any questions feel free to post them to this thread or send Al or myself a PM.

Thanks,

~VegasMack

Thanks sarahk!

It has been a long time coming but worth the wait IMHO.

We have combined all of the most popular IDX features with several that are not available elsewhere BTGOG.

Thanks again!

With a brand new template collection in its final stages for the UltimateIDX and broker sites, this package is truly impressive.

Default What is the Ultimate IDX

Sorry, but I am not familiar with the ultimate IDX.
Some explanation please.
It would be good if I can get some benefit out of it.

Default The UltimateIDX™

Hi hbnathan,

The UltimateIDX™ is a 3rd party IDX/MLS solution. It is entirely web based. The data from your MLS is taken and placed on your website. This information is NOT within an Iframe or on a sub-domain and is completely “Search Engine Friendly”.

The system can be set to VOW, VOW11 or no registration at the flip of a switch.

This innovative service was designed to minimize the learning curve and maximize conversions. According to President/CEO Rhonda McMillan “This service is designed to dramatically increase your bottom line. Unlike most systems we designed our software on a K.I.S.S. platform keeping Agent training to under one hour.”

The Virtual Calendar is perfect for Teams and Offices as it automatically transfers New Leads to the “Agent on Floor”. And the list of awesome features goes on.

According to Vice President Alan Rosson, “Response has been overwhelming to say the least. We are adding MLS markets on a “first come, first serve basis” but we do hope to be in most of the major markets by the end of 2007.”

For more information you can visit www.UltimateIDX.com.

Hope this helps.

I like it and the costs are great especially compared to Birdview, which is who I use.

Default UltimateIDX™ vs Birdview

Hi Tony,

Birdview is a pretty good IDX product, but is long since past their prime. I understand they finally launched the “Team” package last fall after 3 years of telling everyone it will be out “next month”.

Aside from the high price the obvious draw back to Birdview is the Frames application and fact that it is on their server. This creates an SEO nightmare and the Search Engine UN-Friendly URLS makes it worse.

Once software is outdated and is no longer on the cutting edge it generally goes down in price but this has NOT been the case with Birdview.

Then there is the issue with the 3rd party cookie resistant software coming out that has forced many Birdview users to turn off their registration feature. The only way to get around this by BirdView’s own admission in their FAQ Article on the subject is, “for the visitor to enable 3rd party cookies in their browser preferences.” And we all know that is not likely to happen.

Just my 2˘,

~VegasMack
