ok, that is cool.

The MLS Numbers and things helping with over all SEO was one of the big reasons I picked the IDX I went with. Good to here that there are competitive products out there, keeps all the products moving forward and improving.

So where is the demo, I'm highly interested in this and have clients I'd like to plug into this. I'd also like to be a reseller for this if its an option.

Well our Demo is at Custom IDX Solution - UltimateIDX but it is a bit dated. If you are interested Al or I can do a walkthrough on the system’s backend with you if you will PM one of us.

As far as resellers yes we are putting a program together but it is not ready yet. To be honest we are currently behind production commitments due to a complete rewrite of Version 2.0 so our prior commitments will take priority.

My IDX provider has a nice module, which allows to conduct a search by building name in different locations.
Is this possible in the UltimateIDX ?

Not out of the box.

We can add any custom search fields if the data is within the feed.
