The “Core” rewrite for Version 2 has been complete for several weeks now and the load testing on 8 Las Vegas websites has gone flawlessly for over 2 weeks now.

The delay can be attributed to several enhancements that we added while Beta testing that were not scheduled until Version 3.

Its amazing how many aspects of the program can be affected by adding only one module let alone several but it is shaping up to be well worth the wait.

I think people will be real happy with this project. I know that its a bit lofty in coding when I compare it to the blog plugin but honestly, people are going to like it a great deal.

Yes sir. San Diego and Missouri have been very successful.

It has all been kept relatively quite intentionally so we could finish a complete re-write of the system. Version 2.0 of the UltimateIDX is up and running. There are some features of Ver 1.06 that I would still like to incorporate but since 2.0 is a completely modular system they can be added painlessly. Once that is accomplished we will load 2.0 on our demo site for all to play with.

Las Vegas is currently being load tested and we start on Dallas next week BTGOG. The major holdup has been that there was so much in Ver 1.06 that was “hard coded” making the addition of IDX markets tedious and time consuming. We also had server load issues with Ver 1.06. Both of the main problems have been rectified.

After Dallas is up and running we have Chicago and Tulsa scheduled with 10 more markets market as tentative (on the books but not in queue).

Nice looking product Mack, I did not know about this system before, and signed up with one of your competitors IDX solutions. So far I have been happy with the results, but also am still tweaking it to get the best effect.

With your system, will any of your pages come up if someone Googles a specific MLS number?

Thank you. The UltimateIDX is still a work in progress and is exceeding all expectations so far. There is a lot of really good competition out there and that is a good thing. Competition raises the level of service and reduces cost IMHO.

Yes, MLS numbers do come up and it appears to help considerably for surrounding communities to rank BTGOG (city +real estate) (city +homes) (city +homes for sale).
