Hi Patrick,

We are adding markets as fast as we can on a “first come, first serve” basis. While we plan on adding most of the major markets by the end of 2007 any market with priority given to markets that we receive 10 or more Agent sign ups.

So if you want your MLS to move to the Top of the queue, find 9 more Agents and we will get it cranking for you ASAP!

“It’s all about Maximizing Conversions” as Al says.

Thanks,

~VegasMack

I love the Ultimate IDX, it is the best thing sinced sliced bread IMHO. It is easier to manage my leads, make appointments, hell I can't even say, using the Ultimate IDX feels like someone walked into a room and turned on the lightswitch after working in the dark for a really long time. It is awesome. Great job Mack and gang!!!

After previewing Macks system I can honestly say it is the best system out there bar none. As most of you know I am always trolling the internet for the latest and greatest new technology for my websites. After taking a look at the backend of this system and what it offers I can tell you that there is nothing that compares.

Once others see the power of this product they too will realize for conversion, seo power and overall usefulness it offers not only a companies agents but also their clients, you need look no further than Ultimate IDX.

Before someone thinks this is a self promotion of a product I have a stake in let me clear that up firsthand. I do not own or have any stake other than being a customer.

How's the supplemental index issue coming along? Are the static MLS pages still getting dumped there?

I have been doing some analysis of SI pages and have come to the following conclusions:

1. Although a page in the supplemental index will never rank well for competitive search phrases, they are still an important part of your internal linking strategy and developing your overall site theme.

2. Just because a page on another site is in the supplemental index does not mean that a link from that page to your site is not valuable. Google has crawled that page and counted the link. Is that link as strong as a non-supplemental link? That's hard to tell. But we have many inbound links from supplemental pages, and our sites still rank well.

I just came to the conclusion that supplemental results have to do with the fact that interlinking is not available for those idx pages. There is a better architecture to implement MLS listings and other further from home pages in your site from other internal pages in a logical manner. The pyramid structure is simply not working anymore and allowing google to create a simple filter to differentiate supplemental from regular pages.

We are making progress on getting the pages out of supplemental results in Google as evidenced by www.goallpro.com.

Not that I fear supplementals as I once did but granted no supplementals would be preferred.

I will keep you posted as to our progress.

Has there been any progress yet with Ultimate IDX Version 2 coming out? I know those of us who have it ordered are sitting on pins and needles.

Currently the software is in BETA testing last time I checked and the calculator suite we mentioned will be JavaScript calculators that are already completed just not packaged up.
