Default IDX Broker vs IDX Media - Feedback?

Hi,

I'm looking for an IDX solution in San Antonio - I know both IDX Broker and IDX Media offer solutions.

Has anyone used either one? Any feedback on service, capabilities, etc?
Any other ideas for San Antonio IDX?

Thanks,

Kathleen

The difficulty with IDX Broker and IDX Media as with most commercial IDX vendors is your are tied into them. In effect they take the brokers' data and lease it back to them for a monthly fee. A second consideration is lack of customization--you are stuck with their conceptualization of what of an MLS should be.

If you had to choose one, which would it be? Is there another IDX available that doesn't have the hangups as these two?

Consider a custom IDX. Make a list of the the features you need/want and ask for bids.
