Default Birdview???

I am currently using birdview as my IDX provider. I was wondering if anyone else is using their software and what they think of it.

Right now, I am not that impressed with the software. Customer service doesn't seem to be to know the software like they should and my representative doesn't get back to me in a timely manner.

From my research, I have deducted that they have the best software for IDX, unless you design your own system.

Just curious on your experience with the software.

I personally liked it when I used it before going custom. I had great conversion rate and even to this day we still get calls from people who registered a year ago. It is not the best system in the world it still needs a few features, but from what I have seen of other systems, Birdview is by far the better one IMO.

It also gives some good stat info. I know we were seeing when ranked over 1 million homeviews per month. You can also set it up for important email blast for people in your database. I mentioned this to you Tony but you need to allow people to search before registering. I find that people will feel less like they are being made to do something and be a lot more greatful to you as an agent if you allow them to search before registering. I believe there was a study that was done that showed only 20% of people visiting your site will register if forced to before using the MLS search. Just my 2 cents.

LVH,

I was wondering how costly a custom IDX solution for Miami would be and how long it takes to get one up.

Ideally, it would be nice to have a drip mail interface with the customer data base.

Thanks

Yes, it is a complex system though and does have a learning curve. Its almost like Top Producer but with more functions.
