I think is a good Idea, but maybe not the house. and listing info. I would try my logo and my niche area and my website. If I was an agent it would say:

Remax logo
Find your house in 30 days
$100 guarantee
www.newhomein30days.com

My business partner and I are with RE/MAX adn we were considering getting shirts made for when we jog the seawall here in Vancouver, BC. Our tagline was going to be.."We're agents who go the extra mile for our clients." What do you guys think? Sound too cheesey?

not that bad but it does call them to do an action. so if they see you running do you want them to stop you and talk about buying or selling? I would say for agents going the extra or a mile for their clients visit. www....... or call 1800..... one of the 2 or both my 2 cents.

Not so hot on printing the MLS and picture details of your listing on a free T-Shirt.
The idea of promoting your website through the free t-shirt looks great to me; but maybe a bit expensive.

Great idea, but I was thinking who actually would wear them. May be this T-shirt marketing can be part of a larger campaign, where you can get guys/gals to wear these T-shirts as part of the campaign.

This is a great and a funny idea . even if they people on the street will smile when they will see that short , if they are excited it`s because you make them to laugh . So... you should try it with your friends at least, it won`t include high costs.

Yeah that is a problem. You would need to make them appeal to people, especially a younger crowd that would think they are actually cool to wear, to really make this idea fly.
