I might be wrong but from Ken's site I think he's referring to the 24 hr. hotlines as he has featured on his website. In fact, Ken zoomed through this board & posted about this system in several different forums here & I don't think he's returned. Maybe he's a re-seller and was trying to drum up some business. I felt he was spamming the board but nothing was said.
Anyway, I tried one of these many years ago. I personally felt it was a lot of work and people certainly called & listened to the pre-recorded messages and some even got the faxes but trying to convert them was another thing. Very similar to internet leads. They knew they weren't talking to a live person so many of them weren't really ready to buy or qualified.
However, it's a great listing tool (like Talking House can be). And with today's technology you can even get unlisted numbers and addresses (some charge an extra fee). If you shop around you can get some great affordable systems. I plan on giving it another try and so far am liking AdTraker the best. This system also offers a re-seller program so maybe this is what Ken is using & he wanted to make some money off it. I just don't like the spamming thing. And I'd be up front and say, hey, I'm a real estate agent and a re-seller for ...
However, in my google search I also saw a phone "calling" system being promoted to agents & loan officers. I had one of these years ago (I'm kind of surprised that we had such an advanced thing back then, probably in the '80's). I just don't know how something like this would work with today's do not call list.
