Does anyone here work expired listings? I've done FSBO's in the past with some moderate success. I gave up going after FSBO listings when the market got inflated and all the FSBO's turned upside down. Right now I only have about 20 listings and was thinking of doing a listing campaign for a few months so I can boost my inventory.

Anyway, if you do market to expireds - what do you do and what have you found that works best?

I'd be happy to cold call, send out mailers, door knock or whatever it takes to make it work. Just interested in hearing more info from the pro's out there that walk the talk.

Not a bad idea...

I have seen a lot of people work the FSBO market with very limited success lately.

Since we concentrate more on the buyer side our Team has not worked the Expireds but it would be worth testing if you did indeed want more listings.

I too would like to know if anyone has had any success at the Expired listings!!!

I think FSBO's are quite easy to get...but hard to get for the right price right now. Too many of them are upside down. Maybe I'll try the expireds in the luxury market (there aren't too many FSBO's in the luxury market - just expireds).
