Default How to promote our new site? Please help
Hello.
We just got our new site through real-estate-designers.com - real estate web site design and we are doing google PPC.
Can you guys recommend other avenues of marketing besides PPC and SEO?

Blogs are great ways to promote and drive traffic to your site. Have you considered that along with advertising such as google ads or just banner ads.

Anyway - submit to some specialized real estate directories and post post some articles and press releases

There are so many free sources out there that can help generate traffic to your website. Here is a list of places that can help generate traffic:

1. Craigslist.org
2. Backpage.com
3. Oodle.com
4. WannaNetwork.com
5. Myspace.com
6. Facebook.com
7. Squidoo.com
8. ActiveRain.com

These are just the ones off the top of my head. Using these sites can generate traffic for FREE!

  • bumvertising
  • give to charities that give recognition via web links at the end of the year, get the money back in tax credit
  • if you do print ads, a lot of publications will give free links to their advertisers online
  • send an RSS feed to Zillow, it's free to do
