Hello RE friends I'n currently working a few agents and need some marketing help is there someone who you recomend that will provide turn key marketing systems? thanks for the help.

Hi rgloans,

There're a number of real estate marketing systems out there. Todd Bates, Craig Forte, and Brian Buffini are among the few. Their central marketing message to consumers are pretty much the same with some variations. Some emphasizes more on referral networking and some on ads. Most of the systems can help generate buyer leads quite effectively and quickly. No system can give you instant results for listing leads. I suppose when you're marketing loans as well, buyer's leads are more important to you. Hope this helps.

I personally feel that internet marketing is the way to go. I have seen many people, here in the Las Vegas real estate market and other places, spend tons of money of print ads, signs, T-shirts, you name it, when they should have been pouring that money into the web. OInce again, just my opinion, but the internet seemd to be the most universal and logical way to go (for me personally)!
