If you want a Marketing System that works I highly recommend Talking House! It will not only drive more traffic to your existing Listings and help you sell them for Top dollar. But it will help you get more listings!  |

Mack...Great question...You can buy three units for around 1000 and some change! Well worth it! And no I do not work for them! |

SD, I'm not getting much success with talking house. Our market is so hot that even FSBOs are selling like hot cakes. No one wants it or think they need it. However, I do believe that it can help get potential listings.

I truly think Talking House is more a listing tool than anything and is more appreciated in a buyer's market, not the seller's market we've all been experiencing.
