Just an FYI, I do respect Jim and his opinions and count him as a friend. I am a decent writer and I follow his link baiting advice to the point. I was just talking in regards to your average Joe Realtor. This forum is full of Jim's friends. I am moving on to Link Building 101

Missouri Real Estate Pro

I just want to say that thus far what I've taken from this discussion is that I'm better off in the long run not having any homepage links. I understand what some of you are saying about if you're going to have HP links that they should be quality links and that there should be only so many.

Others of you are saying that you don't use or advocate the use of HP links b/c there is an opportunity to bend the rules by not recipricating the links among other things. If I don't use HP links can I obtain the benefits of having them by taking another route?
