HUD’s police are reportedly going after Wells Fargo for running a game that allegedly violates RESPA, industry sources told BrokerNewswire.com this week. The game is only open to those in a position to refer business to Wells Fargo and gives them the opportunity to win weekly prizes, as well as enter to win a grand prize trip to the Pro Bowl in Hawaii. As HUD doesn’t play games when it comes to RESPA violations, sources tell us that settlement talks are underway.

I just do not understand what is so confusing about following RESPA's rules and regulations? You would think that big names like Wells Fargo would know the difference between right and wrong!!
