Default Utah RE Market...
I have recently heard that the Utah real estate market is really starting to take off? Any thoughts or feedback?

I'm not sure, but not too long ago they're prices were pretty good, so they probably are on the way up.

I have heard the same! They still have prices that are very attractive comparatively speaking! Anyone have first hand knowledge of the same?

I just bought a couple of new homes in Salt Lake City, UT! The sales prices were around $215,000! I would suggest looking into their market if you are looking to invest!
