Did anyone have any condos in Hard Rock? I have a bunch, but I just heard today that the chances of any agents getting units is pretty much zero. Even after they had the agents in the VIP registration they have still been taking reservations from walk ins and call ins and they had over 3300 total. They have just been stringing the agents out and selling units to the buyers without agents!!

Yes we had a couple of buyers we got in there. This is going to become common in the condo pre sale market in Vegas. More of the developers or the companies they hire to sell these units are realizing that they dont need other agents to sellout these condos. Its sad but what can we do.
