Default Investing on Rental Properties? Why not??

Investing on Rental Properties? Try this!
There’s this cute Hopkins townhouse found in Minnesota (741 11th Ave S. to be exact), that is priced way below its Market Value of $75,000. Yes, joking aside, you can have this Great Rental Property for only $55,000. You see, you hardly find rental properties to be bought this cheap! And take note, you don’t need to be a handyman to see its full potential, because with its monthly rental price of $700 a month, you can easily picture your Equity or your gain. You don’t even need a Rental Property Calculator for that.
Buying Rental Properties in great locations like in Minnesota where you can see positive cash flow every now and then is a very good investment. Well, applying right Rental Property Management is a must of course.
This Rental Property has 1 bedroom and 1 bath, brick exterior, and is in very good shape. It was built in the year 1970 with an area of 750 sq. ft. This will sell for $55,000 with a down payment of $3,000 however you must pay for the closing cost. The buyer of this Rental Property needs no qualifying for the mortgage, so the lucky buyer will only avail of this Rental Property 28% below appraisal. That’s a great deal in buying a Rental Property for Investment!
Anyone interested in Rental Property may contact Don (763-479-1892 or 612-802-4148). You may find it here, your dream Rental Property Investment…

I would suggest to also join investor forums and local investor groups to learn the ropes regarding rental property investment. A good agent can teach you much about selecting properties that will cash flow, but there is much more. Consult a local Atty regarding your state's landlord/tenant laws, the eviction process, ect. Also I would consult your tax/financial advisor to before doing anything to see what the tax liabilities may be and how RE investing will affect you and possibly help to build wealth.

I agree 100%. This is such an awesome time to be looking at investing in real estate. Especially here in Minnesota. There is a huge supply of homes, condos, townhomes for sale on the MLS. And rental demand is very strong.

Our team offers monthly seminars where clients can learn a bit more about investing in real estate. We also bring in local experts onto our weekly real estate radio show here in Minneapolis. We encourage all to attend: other real estate agents, investors, etc.

Thanks again for your post!
